To make the delight of drinking sparkling wine truly enjoyable with all senses, we have transformed our Édition Musique sparkling wine into an audible experience. For the 6,000 bottles of the „Composition de Swing“ our Chef de Cave Marc Gauchey has selected very special wines:
In line with highest craftsmanship the cuvée of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir is traditionally matured in the bottle for 3 years for Brut Dosage.
Taste the notes of freshly baked brioche with fragrant pear compote, ripe mirabelles and peaches - carried by a delicate perlage.
A sparkling wine for special hours, festive occasions or exquisite menus, but also as an ideal accompaniment to noble veal, poultry or salmon dishes.
